Bubble Taps is a fun way for your guests to enjoy beverages at any event whether it be large or small we have you covered. Our fleet of Ape Piaggio’s will have your guests smiling. T’ape, Tetto and Rosa are adorable vintage style beverage carts bringing plenty of personality with them wherever they go. Whether it's sparkling, wine, beer, cocktails, or non-alcoholic beverages we will work with you to plan your drink menu that will delight your guests.

My passion for Hospitality, Design and Winery Experiences have brought me to this amazing point in my life. Having spent much time in each of these areas, I am thrilled to finally bring Bubble Taps to life.
Hospitality, Design and Wine
After I graduated from college, I spent many of my early years working as part of the management teams at Hilton International and Conrad Hotels which allowed me the opportunity to travel and live in California, Hong Kong and Montreal. I continued my education at Sheridan College completing the Interior Design course and had a small Interior Design Business for 8 years focusing on the residential needs in the areas of Oakville, Burlington and Niagara which lead me to my third career in Wine Country working for one of the largest Producers of wines in Canada, Andrew Peller Limited.
I began my wine journey with Peller Estates and went on to be part of the Team responsible for planning, creating experiences and opening their most recent Winery Wayne Gretzky Estates Winery and Distillery. I was then fortunate to move over to their Trius property where I helped bring to life the infamous Trius Tour which brought the Trius Brand to a new level of awareness, making Trius the ‘go to’ destination for all those traveling to Wine Country.
I am at my best when collaborating and creating incredible experiences while working with a team of highly motivated team players.
