Alcohol and Non- alcoholic beverages.

Liquor laws in Ontario do not allow the sale of alcohol from a mobile vehicle. In accordance with The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), the Special Occasion Permit and all alcohol must be purchased by the host. We provide consultation to help you pick the perfect beverages for your event and will facilitate delivery with our special delivery license.

A Special Occasion Permit (SOP) is required if your event is on Public or commercial property. No requirements nessesary if on private property.

A Special Occasions Permit (SOP) allows for the sale and service of alcohol on special occasions, such as cash bars at weddings or private receptions, as well as larger public events. A SOP is required any time alcohol is served anywhere other than in a licensed establishment or a private residence. This might seem complicated, but it's easy and it's all online. Our Ape Piaggio's can join you outdoors or indoors if the entry area is more than 5 feet wide. We will discuss a rain plan on our planning call as well as ideal locations for us to drive and park our Ape Piaggio's in a way that is safe for guests, employees, and the vehicle.
